To help Ukrainian refugees in the country:

• maib's Supervisory Board and CEO have decided to donate their full salaries for February, alongside a substantial donation from all the members of the management board;
• maib will also donate a part of transaction fees on all its cards’ transactions made via POS terminals or online. A fixed amount of each transaction fee will be donated at no cost to the cardholders. The more often cards are used for payment the larger the donation will be. The total amount of donation is estimated to be around MDL 10 million in 2022.
• starting from today, maib customers can donate using maibank app.

We want to offer this support as soon as possible. The first donations will be done based on transactions made in February. The details covering the types of transactions and amount donated per transaction will be communicated to the public shortly. All donations will go to the refugee center and disclosed at the end of each month.

Currently maib will be transferring all donations to the Refugee support fund as per the details below. It could be revised depending on the needs in the future.
